1. Digital Product Policy

All sales of digital products from POD Design Store are final, with limited exceptions as outlined below. Due to the nature of digital goods being immediately accessible and potentially replicable, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: If you’re unable to access or download the product due to our system error, and our technical support cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours of your reported problem
  • Duplicate Charges: Verifiable duplicate transactions for the same product
  • Unauthorized Purchase: Fraudulent charges verified by your financial institution with supporting documentation
  • Incorrect Product: If you received a fundamentally different product than what was clearly advertised (does not include subjective quality assessments)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be granted in these cases:

  • After the product has been downloaded, accessed, or the download link shared
  • Change of mind or accidental purchases (please review your cart before completing payment)
  • Failure to check system requirements or compatibility before purchase
  • If you simply don’t like the design quality (all products have preview images available)
  • Partial usage or dissatisfaction after using the product
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

Important: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product previews and description, verified compatibility with your intended use, and agree to this no-refund policy for digital products.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund for an eligible issue:

  1. Email support@poddesign.store within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number and detailed explanation of the issue
  3. For technical issues, provide screenshots of any error messages

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. For material changes, we will notify customers via email or website notice.
